For upcoming sessions or classes, refunds will be given up to the scheduled time, but I do ask that if you will no longer be attending that you provide advanced notice as a courtesy.
If you do not show up for a scheduled session or class without prior communication, you will automatically receive a refund and will have to book again if you would like to reschedule.
For one-day classes that you have already started attending, refunds will be given upon request, if all Access materials (manuals and information sheets) are returned, AND if any request for a refund is made within 24 hours of the scheduled end time of the class.
In the event of a refund being given for an Access class, the class will not count as having been completed, such as for a prerequisite for other classes or Access licensing renewals, and requesting a refund and / or leaving before the end of a class may affect your ability to attend other Access classes in the future.
It is the interest of myself and others working at Access Consciousness to provide a satisfactory experience and customer service before the point of having to provide a refund.
